All standard items purchased through the Arthur Francis Online Store include FREE delivery to mainland UK (excluding Northern Ireland). Your order will be delivered either by our own team or via trusted couriers, depending on your location and the size of your item.

For bespoke items or deliveries outside mainland UK — including Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands, the Channel Islands, and international destinations — please get in touch for a personalised delivery quote.

Lead Times

Every Arthur Francis creation is handcrafted to order in our Leicestershire, UK workshop. Lead times will vary depending on the size of the product and the complexity of the design.

When you place your order — or when we discuss your bespoke project — we’ll provide an estimated delivery timeframe. If you have a particular date in mind, just let us know and we’ll do our very best to accommodate it.

How We Deliver

We take great care to ensure your piece arrives safely and in perfect condition:

• Smaller items are sent via trusted next‑day couriers such as DPD.

• Larger items are delivered by our own team or shipped on a pallet via our specialist delivery partners.

• Our team will call you in advance to arrange a convenient delivery time.

Once your order is completed in our workshop, we typically aim to deliver within 5 working days. Please note that some larger or bespoke orders may require additional time.

The Farndon Nail Fence is a unique sculpture that features flower heads made from masonry nails bursting skywards. This climbing nail tree branches out from a central vine and gracefully wraps itself around a rustic fence, while a second vine brings even more height to the sculpture. Its abstract combination of flower heads and leaves create different forms depending on how you look at it, ensuring a striking focal point for both traditional and contemporary gardens. The Farndon Nail Fence is personally handcrafted by Arthur Francis joint-founder Paul, who has created the unique and high-quality design at our workshop in rural England.
